Invitations that work with everyone.

Add guests by email address and each one gets an invitation they can answer from Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail or Mail App. When someone invites you, it shows as a card at the top of the email, so you can say Yes, Maybe or No without leaving your inbox.

See who's going, who might go and who hasn't answered yet
Guests hear about changes, and anyone you remove is told
Invitations you accept go straight into your calendar

Join any meeting in one click.

Paste a Teams, Zoom or Google Meet link into an event, and a Join button appears on the event and in the invitation. No meeting account? Add a free Jitsi Meet video call with one click.

The first person to join a Jitsi Meet call may be asked to sign in with Google, GitHub or Facebook. Guests don't need to.

Set it once.

Repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, on the days you choose or every few weeks, until a date or for a set number of times. Change one date, or the whole series.

RemindersGet a reminder as an event starts, a few minutes before, or up to a week ahead. Reminders appear on every device where you've switched on notifications, including your phone.

Private eventsIn a shared mailbox, mark an event as Private and everyone else only sees that you're busy, not what the event is.

Share with your teamShare a calendar with the people you choose, so they see only when you're busy, see every event or can make changes. Share it with everyone and it becomes a team calendar.

See it in other appsTurn on a private link for any calendar to see it in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. Switch the link off whenever you like.

Calendars from a linkAdd a calendar from any website, such as a sports fixture list or a school's term dates, or UK bank holidays in one click. It stays up to date by itself.

Import and exportBring in .ics files from Google, Outlook or Apple, or save all your calendars as one .ics file to keep as a copy.
